Your Marriage Celebrant Across the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Beaches and beyond

From the misty hills of Maleny and Montville, along the ridge to Flaxton and Mapleton … to the quiet charm of Palmwoods, Nambour, Woombye and Eudlo, the Sunshine Coast Hinterland is one of Queensland’s most-loved places to marry – and I’ve been fortunate to create ceremonies across all of it.

With dozens of five-star google reviews and nearly 2 decades of experience, I bring a bespoke, artisan approach to every hinterland wedding – whether you’re marrying at a well-known estate or somewhere entirely your own.

Wedding locations

There are so many wedding locations to choose from here on the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.  It is wedding utopia!  Come on up and explore.

What wedding location to choose?

Want to be married on your surfboards or sailing a yacht?

Up a tree, in the forest, on a mountain?

In a romantic chapel?

The Sunshine Coast abounds in gorgeous locations for a creative wedding. Have a stylish ceremony or a traditional occasion or even an amazingly different wedding event.

Choose a sandy beach wedding or marry by a waterfall, a park or a rocky outcrop, a lighthouse or a mountain top.

Discover a romantic chapel; there are many gorgeous wedding chapels on the Sunshine Coast. Ask me for my favourites.

FAQs

Why do couples choose an independent celebrant for their hinterland wedding?

Many of the hinterland’s most beautiful venues let you choose your own celebrant rather than a house default — and couples increasingly do, looking for someone whose style matches their own rather than whoever happens to be on a list. If you already have a venue in mind, I’d love to talk about how we can make your ceremony there entirely yours.

Do I need to use a celebrant recommended by my venue?

No. In Queensland, you’re free to book any registered marriage celebrant for your ceremony, regardless of which celebrant a venue suggests by default. Most hinterland venues are happy to work with whoever you choose.

Do you travel to all of these hinterland towns?

Yes I do!  Maleny, Montville, Flaxton, Mapleton, Kenilworth, Conondale, Imbil, Palmwoods, Nambour, Woombye and Eudlo are all within my regular service area.  It’s where I live, love and play too.

How far in advance should we book a hinterland wedding celebrant?

As soon as you decide on a date or a place. Popular Saturday dates in peak season often book out months or even more than a year ahead
